Headache is a normal physical, psychological and behavioural response to high-pressure situations. In little amounts, stress can be beneficial and can motivate you to succeed. However, situations like losing a job, getting divorced or being discriminated against can lead to excessive, prolonged stress, causing multiple health issues. That’s why stress management plays an important role in good health and well being.
